1 DAY WORKSHOPS
This
one-day intensive workshop empowers participants to eliminate
stress in their life and achieve greater contentment and peace
of mind. Rather than focusing on knowledge which is likely
to be forgotten soon after the workshop, this one-day program
takes participants through various experiential exercises
aimed at helping them let go of unresolved anger, grief, and
issues in past relationships; discover how self-image is formed
and how to change self-image; and begin to look at who we
are beyond the images we create. Self awareness activities
assist the participants in letting go of the "victim"
role characteristic of people who blame their boss, co-worker,
spouse and others for causing stress.

work, difficulties in relationships, financial struggles,
annoyances of daily life, and unexpected changes are just
some areas that can create confusion and cause us to become
stuck. This powerful 3 day workshop takes participants through
ten stages of self-awareness, empowering the participant to:
1) recognize how stress is created; 2) accept the role they
play in creating stress; 3) choose one of 3 options available
to eliminate stress; 4) achieve the results they want in life;
5) gain a greater perspective in which to observe life's circumstance;
6) overcome fear associated with change; 7) practice a technique
for achieving greater contentment and peace of mind regardless
of life's circumstances.
